Cronometer starts with nutrient detail

Cronometer lists more than 1.1 million verified foods in its App Store description, including analyzed entries.

Its Gold page describes over 1M lab-analyzed or verified foods. Custom macro and micronutrient targets are available on Basic.

You can record calories and up to 95 nutrients and compounds without paying. Basic also includes unlimited use of the barcode scanner.

Gold adds Oracle Nutrient Search. Choose a nutrient you want more of and it suggests foods that provide it. Gold also lets you view nutrition data and charts across any time frame.

Lose It starts with your calorie budget

Fill out your profile and Lose It calculates a personalized daily calorie budget. Food, exercise and weight entries let you track against that budget. Search results adapt to your logging history, and search also works offline.

The App Store describes a global database of 56+ million items and recipes. Premium adds ways to enter meals through a photo, your voice or a barcode scan.

Advanced tracking is part of Premium. It includes protein, carbs, fat and sugar, along with vitamins and minerals.

Premium planning lets you customize meal sections and pre-log food and exercise.
