Noom cost in 2026, what each plan charges up front

The upfront payment for 1 to 12 months

Amounts below are in US dollars. Divide the upfront payment by the plan length to get the monthly equivalent, rounded to cents.

You will not see a Noom Weight price on Noom's home page before the quiz. Noom uses your quiz answers to recommend a plan. You can read the amounts first on its pricing help page.

Noom says promotions and signing up through the app or website may change pricing slightly. Taxes are extra. Noom automatically bills every plan and renews it until you cancel.

Noom Med and every medication or GLP-1 plan are left out of this page.

When the trial ends, payment starts

Noom's cost blog mentions a 7-day trial. On its home page, Noom says it offers a free trial in most cases. Its terms make clear that a trial is not guaranteed.

Unless you cancel, Noom charges the first payment immediately after the trial ends. Noom sends no separate notice that the trial is ending or paid access has begun, except where the law requires one. No fee amount for a Noom Weight trial is published.

What happens at the next billing date

Noom's help pages leave the renewal length and price unstated. Its terms say the subscription renews when the disclosed billing period ends, at its then-current fee. The billing period corresponds to your subscription term.

Noom can change prices, so the price in effect when you renew applies. Finishing the program does not stop an active subscription from being billed, according to its billing help.

The Subscription Portal displays upcoming renewal dates. Noom also sends billing reminder emails with renewal details. Its plan-length instructions say you can change the plan length in that portal.

How to stop charges and request money back

Use the cancellation route for your subscription. The Noom cancellation instructions give these options.

• In Noom, tap your profile picture, open Settings and choose Manage Subscription. Follow the cancellation prompts.
• On the web, sign into the Subscription Portal and select Cancel Subscription. Complete the steps shown there.
• For a store subscription, find Noom in the App Store or Google Play and cancel through that store.

Removing Noom from your phone leaves the subscription running. After cancellation, paid access continues through the current billing cycle. To avoid another bill, cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the day before your next billing date.

The refund policy allows requests within 14 days of the first charge, but approval is not guaranteed. Ask through the support chat on that page and provide the charge date and your reason. Noom does not refund renewal charges.

For a partly used billing period, the terms rule out a refund or credit except when Noom grants one case by case.

What you can use without a subscription

Downloading Noom costs nothing, and the app offers in-app purchases. You can create a free account, or move to the free version when a paid plan ends. Depending on your location and app version, that may give you select lessons, movement tracking and meal logging.

Coaching, courses and other subscription tools require an active paid plan. The Premium add-on for a one-to-one coach is a separate charge from Noom Weight. Noom publishes no price for that add-on.

Why the store and website amounts differ

Noom names signup method as a reason your price can vary. A website subscription takes a credit card or PayPal. If you buy through Apple or Google, your billing relationship is with that store, and its terms apply where they conflict with Noom's.

Store purchases must be canceled in the store. Noom's refund help page does not identify who handles refunds for those purchases.

The US App Store listing names every in-app purchase Noom Program, at amounts from $44.99 to $199.99. It does not attach a plan length to each amount. Its description also says plans start at $17 a month, based on the $209 annual plan.

The US Google Play listing shows $0.99 to $199.00 per item. These store listings do not provide the plan-by-plan breakdown shown in Noom's pricing help.

Compare a year of subscription payments

The monthly-plan totals below assume you pay the listed monthly amount for 12 months. They are arithmetic comparisons, not quotes for a future renewal.

These buy different things, with Noom Weight sold as a program, WeightWatchers as a Points program with coaching options, and MyFitnessPal, Cronometer and TrueCal as food trackers with paid tiers.

TrueCal offers free manual calorie logging. Its Pro features include macros and logging from a typed description, voice, a photo or a barcode. Eligible customers can get the 14-day free Pro trial only in the iPhone and Android apps, where the App Store or Google Play runs it. Website subscriptions charge on signup.
